Rates are based on minimum one week stay and do not include vacation rental tax of 11.5%, long distance phone calls or utilities.

A $1000.00 deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  The rental fee is due six weeks before the reservation date. The security deposit will be returned after house is vacated, inspected, and the utility and phone bills are paid.
